Gathering and Popcorn Training

7:30 - 8:30 PM

Reports on events from over the summer and new developments including, but not limited to the Strategic Plan and changes in the FOS schedule. Updates on the upcoming Cub Scout Family Camping Weekend, Webelos Woods, The Double Eagle Mystery Camporee, and Scouts To The Rescue 2006.

If this segment goes quickly and we can end a little early there may be a catch up popcorn training done at the end of the meeting, but please try and make the first session.

Cub Scout and Boy Scout Breakout Sessions

PRESENTATIONS

If you would like to communicate something to the group at the Joint Session, Boy Scout Breakout, and/or Cub Scout Breakout, please contact Bob Jobst jobstsr@aol.com before the Roundtable, thanks. You will need to supply flyers to hand out. If you are in attendance, you will be introduced so that interested people can talk to you later, but verbal presentations will be limited.

ORDER OF THE ARROW

The Sanhican Chapter of the Sakuwit Lodge Number 2 will again be holding monthly meetings on the same time schedule as the MAD Roundtable. This meeting is separate from the Roundtable, but conveniently just down the hall. Please remember to remind your Troop OA Representatives and other members of your unit that are members of the Order of the Arrow to attend these meetings.
