SCHEDULE

7:00 - 7:30 PM

Gathering and Iron Chef Competition team briefings

7:30 - 8:00 PM

Opening, formal start of the Iron Chef Competition period and general discussions (no breakouts this month due to training).  Get there in time to find out what the secret ingredient will be.  We will try and hold the discussions outside to allow all to watch the Iron Chef Competition.

8:00 – 8:30 PM

Internet Advancement Training (inside).  Iron Chefs continue preparations.  If not in training, root your favorites on to success.

8:30 – 8:50 PM

End of Iron Chef Competition and presentation to judges.  Iron Chef winners announced.

8:50 – 9:00 PM

Preliminary copies of The Double Eagle Mystery Video should be available at the end of this Roundtable for each Troop that has registered for the event. Troops will be permitted to make another copy for the Webelos Scouts who will be camping with them. Every registered participant will receive a professionally-packaged copy of the Video at the Camporee.

PRESENTATIONS

If you would like to communicate something to the group at the Joint Session, Boy Scout Breakout, and/or Cub Scout Breakout, please contact Bob Jobst jobstsr@aol.com before the Roundtable, thanks. You will need to supply flyers to hand out. If you are in attendance, you will be introduced so that interested people can talk to you later, but verbal presentations will be limited.

ORDER OF THE ARROW

The Sanhican Chapter of the Sakuwit Lodge Number 2 holds monthly meetings on the same time schedule as the MAD Roundtable.  This meeting is separate from the Roundtable, but conveniently just down the hall.  Please remember to remind your Troop OA Representatives and other members of your unit that are members of the Order of the Arrow to attend these meetings.

For the October meeting the youth members of the OA Chapter have challenged the adults to put together teams of “Iron Chefs” and be prepared to cook off against the OA youth using the secret ingredient.  Come early and see the secret ingredient and how the teams perform.
