7:00 – 7:30 PM	Gathering and Popcorn Training
7:30 – 8:00 PM	Announcements
8:00 – 8:30 PM	Membership and Recruiting Pam Mills, District Vice Chair for Membership, will discuss strategies for recruiting new members to your unit
8:30 – 9:00 PM	Cub Scout and Boy Scout Breakout Sessions Cub Scout Leaders - focus on upcoming activities Boy Scout Leaders - focus on upcoming activities

POPCORN

Popcorn training will be presented during the gathering period, and then Popcorn Kernel Linda Anderson will stay for any follow-up questions.

Attending a popcorn training session is an opportunity to increase your unit's popcorn sales commission. To earn more than the base rate of 30% commission, a unit representative MUST attend one of the sessions. The training will also be presented at the Council Service Center on Sat. Sept 15th, 10-11 am and Sun., Sept 16th, 2-3 pm. For further information, see http://cnjcbsa.org/PopcornCentral.shtml.

PRESENTATIONS

If you would like to communicate something to the group at the Joint Session, Boy Scout Breakout, and/or Cub Scout Breakout, please contact Bob Jobst jobstsr@aol.com before the Roundtable, thanks. You will need to supply flyers to hand out. If you are in attendance, you will be introduced so that interested people can talk to you later, but verbal presentations will be limited.

ORDER OF THE ARROW

The Sanhican Chapter of the Sakuwit Lodge Number 2 holds monthly meetings on the same time schedule as the MAD Roundtable. This meeting is separate from the Roundtable, but conveniently nearby. Please remind your Troop OA Representatives and other members of your unit that are members of the Order of the Arrow to attend these meetings.
