TO MEET
IN ROUNDTABLE KITCHEN STADIUM
IN A
HEAD-TO-HEAD BATTLE OF CULINARY SKILL TO SEE WHO CAN CLAIM THE
TITLE
IRON CHEF
OA
AND ANSWER THE ETERNAL QUESTION:
WHO'S CUISINE
WILL REIGN SUPREME?
Rules:
-
Teams
of 1, 2 or 3 (no larger than 3) participants may compete (sample: one head chef
with one or two sous-chefs)
-
Teams should bring any and all kitchen equipment they may want to
use. Hot coals for Dutch ovens will be available
-
Teams
have 1 hour to prepare their entries using the theme ingredient which will be
revealed at the start of competition
-
Scoutmasters/Cubmasters or other adult competitors may use Scouts as
assistants/sous-chefs.

Teams
must notifiy the Chairman of intent to compete by Monday, October 2, (so that
adequate quantities of the theme ingredient , etc. can be
made available
-
Some
spices, vegetables, condiments, and other food materials will be available,
however, you are free to augment from your own home kitchen.

Each
team must prepare a minimum of two dishes for submission to the
judges. (Note: the quantity of food to be produced per dish should be enough
for 4 judges to taste.)

Contestants
need to report to Kitchen Stadium (e.g. the Roundtable) at 7:00 pm for briefing...
